Terms and Conditions
1. A visual inspection of the ceramic toilet must be undertaken by the customer prior to installation to confirm that there are no visible damages or defects.
2. The seat and mechanism must be installed in accordance with the provided guidelines.
3. The lid of the toilet seat is not designed to be stood on or sat on. Any damage to the lid arising from this activity is not covered by the Warranty.
4. The seat may become loose over time and may need to be tightened to prevent damage to the seat and hinges. The plastic lugs provided with the seat must be used to reduce the likelihood of the seat becoming loose.
5. Any damage arising from improper use or vandalism is not covered by the Waranty.
6. All plastic nuts used to secure the seat, inlet valve flush valve or flush button must not be over tightened.
7. The extended Warranty shall apply from the date of purchase.
8. This form should be submitted within 60 days of purchase.
